Bianca's story

From Investor to Broker.

Born in Montreal, Canada, Bianca spent twenty years as a professional photographer, business owner and real estate investor, traveling the world with a camera in hand before falling in love with Puerto Morelos.

In 2021 she began building her real estate portfolio here, and not long after made the move official, packing up her little family and immigrating to this beautiful town for good. She went on to earn her real estate certification and channel a deep passion for investments and long-term wealth building into every client relationship. Today, her mission is to help others do the same: find their place on the Mexican Caribbean and make it home.

To match her standard of professionalism and international outlook, Bianca joined forces with eXp Realty, a global brokerage whose worldwide network and forward-thinking platform mirror the way she works with clients across borders.

Puerto Morelos is where we chose to plant roots, raise our kids, and invest ourselves fully in the community, in the land, and in the rhythm of life here. Trading traffic and grey winters for warm mornings, the sea, and small-town familiarity has been the best decision we ever made.

Since arriving, it's been our mission to promote healthy, intentional living in this beautiful corner of the Caribbean, and to help others find their own piece of it. We work with our clients in French, English and Spanish, and we bring the same three things to every relationship: transparency, honesty, and professional service.

Our discipline is helping foreign buyers acquire their dream home in Mexico, and walking with them through every step of the process. Buying property here as a foreigner involves trusts (fideicomisos), permits, immigration questions, and on-the-ground logistics that can feel overwhelming from afar. We make it simple. From the first showing through closing and beyond, we coordinate a trusted network of bilingual lawyers, notaries, immigration specialists, and property managers so our clients always have the right person at the right moment, and a single point of contact they can rely on.

Daniela's story

A journey built on dreams, connection, and purpose.

Originally from Venezuela, Daniela arrived in Puerto Morelos in 2020 pregnant with her daughter, with suitcases full of dreams and a heart full of hope. She never imagined this beautiful place would become her home, or lead her to a profession that truly speaks to her heart.

Before entering real estate, she spent six years in customer service, where she found a genuine passion for listening to people, understanding their needs, and finding solutions. Speaking three languages lets her connect across cultures, and having started a new life in another country herself, she knows how meaningful, and sometimes overwhelming, it can be to find your place in a new community.

Today, after six years of calling Puerto Morelos home, she brings her knowledge of the Riviera Maya and a commitment to honest, personalized service to every client, whether they are buying a dream home, selling a property, exploring an investment, or planning a new life in Mexico.

It was Bianca Diorio's encouragement that helped her believe in herself and find her purpose in this profession.
